These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://liorans3.sbs, together with all associated documentation, binary distributions, developer tools, packages (including @liorans3/cli and @liorans3/driver), and services provided by Lioran Developer Solutions ("Lioran", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any part of Lioran S3, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use our software, website, or services.

2. Product Description

Lioran S3 (engine name: Lioran Bastion) is a high-performance single-node object storage server and media engine engineered in Rust. It provides bucket and object management primitives, bounded-memory streaming I/O, RocksDB metadata persistence, and client SDKs.

3. Proprietary Software & Intellectual Property

Lioran S3 and Lioran Bastion are proprietary software. All source code, binaries, documentation, specifications, visual design, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Lioran Developer Solutions (Copyright © 2026 Lioran Developer Solutions. All rights reserved).

Access to any source code repository, documentation, or binary package does not grant ownership, copyright, or an open-source license. Unless explicit prior written authorization is provided by Lioran Developer Solutions or permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy, duplicate, reproduce, or mirror the software or any portion thereof;
• Redistribute, publish, broadcast, or transmit the software publicly or privately;
• Sublicense, lease, rent, loan, sell, or commercially exploit the software;
• Create derivative works, modifications, translations, or adaptations based upon the software;
• Publicly host, fork, or mirror the repository or any part of its source code;
• Incorporate substantial portions of the source code into any other product, service, or library.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lioran S3 solely in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of our infrastructure or third-party networks;
• Engage in unauthorized scanning, penetration testing, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts against our endpoints;
• Attempt to bypass or tamper with quota controls, authentication mechanisms, or cryptographic access checks;
• Use the software to store, transmit, or distribute malware, illegal content, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.

5. User & Operational Security Responsibilities

When self-hosting or deploying Lioran S3, you are solely responsible for maintaining the physical, network, and operational security of your deployment environment. This includes, without limitation:

• Configuring strong, unique administrative passwords (BASTION_ADMIN_PASSWORD) and cryptographic signing secrets (BASTION_SIGNING_SECRET);
• Safeguarding programmatic Access Keys and Secret Keys;
• Enabling TLS/HTTPS termination and proper reverse-proxy access rules;
• Managing disk volume persistence, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website and documentation may provide links to third-party sites, tools, or package registries (such as npm, GitHub, and Discord). Lioran Developer Solutions does not control and assumes no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law:
